Search Builder - Remove NOT IN and NOT LIKE Operators from Interface Until they are Fixed

            Description

            Based on this post to the forums - http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,1095.msg4662.html#msg4662 - it appears that the NOT IN and NOT LIKE operators are not functional. If this is the case, we should remove them from the user interface for now - and re-add them in 2.1 when we refactor the search code.
