Update Template Checkbox Should be Hidden When No Message Template is Selected

            Description

            In Step 3 of the Send Mailing Wizard (Upload.php) - the Update Template checkbox currently is "shown" in Compose mode when no template is selected in the "template" select field.

            The "Update Template" checkbox should only be shown if the value of either of the compose textareas has been modified AND a template is selected.
