Required Tokens not Enforced for Compose Method

The code which checks for the three required tokens (domain.address, action.unsubscribe, action.optOut) is not being invoked when the message is "Composed" (e.g. uploadType = "compose").

Message body + footer should be checked for the required tokens regardless of whether message(s) are uploaded or composed on the screen.
