Description
Since widget structure has changed in dojo 0.9, we need to fix existing widgets.

Few places that needs to be fixed
- all combobox widgets (Contact Search Block etc.)
- Advanced Search
- Contact Summary
- Import Contact
- tooltips
(Also remove sortable widget since it is not supported in dojo 0.9)
