Description
1. If you do Advanced Search and select a State/Province value (or I think any criteria in the Location fieldset) - an error is thrown:
User error: Unknown table 'crm_address' in where clause
2. The Search Criteria fieldset no longer collapses when search results are displayed - it should (as it does for 1.0).
