            Description

            CiviCRM 2.0's requiring MySQL 5+ means we can look at moving parts of the dedupe engine to database logic to simplify and speed it up. Investigate the possibilities (performance gains, any relevant analytical tools available, etc.) and propose applicable solutions for 2.0, 2.1, etc.

                lets use mysql 5.0 features in 2.1. In specific i'd like to use views to hopefully optimize and speed up search and dedupe
