Description
We use helpdesk software to manage communications with our website visitors. It would be fantastic to have the helpdesk software integrate with CiviCRM.
We currently use Cerberus, and are only moderately pleased with it. It's a vast improvement over using an email client, but it's a bit geeky for my NPO staff, and the interface design is busy and unattractive.
Another helpdesk product that I think is worth looking at is Kayako esupport.
