Implement token replacement for contact fields for core Send Email to Contact(s)

            Description

            Despite what our wiki and on-screen documentation has said, the ability to include mail merge tokens is either missing or incompletely implemented for the core "Send Email to Contact(s)" functionality. Please hook up the token replacement logic currently available for CiviMail messages - as documented here:

            Implementation should be tested for the following cases:

            • Singleton - Send Email to Contact from the Contact Summary page
            • Batch action - Send Email to Contacts from search results
            • Tokens embedded in a Message Template - and the template used for an email
