Synchronize users in joomla correctly assigns user name instead of email

            Description

            clicking "syncronize users to contacts" when using joomla will incorrectly assign email address to name field. (in v 1.9 stable)

            Attached modified /Core/BAO/CMSUser.php and /Core/BAO/UFMatch.php

            More work needed to sync name change after initial addition to Civi contacts. i.e. this code does the initial import correctly, but any subsequent name changes in the CMS (joomla) will be ignored
