1. Re-implement the inserts for custom data fields and values so the resulting sample data is the same as in 1.9.
2. Figure out why "sample" contribution data isn't showing up and fix.
3. Fees for the sample events aren't being inserted (or not properly).
4. Re-implement the sample Activity Data now that all actiivty/activity history is in the same place. For activities - we should put in more realistic examples of from our new list of activity types....
- Phone Call: "Confirm volunteer schedule and assignment."
- Meeting: "Annual fundraiser planning session."
... also insert Activity Records corresponding to the Contributions, Memberships and Event Registrations for each contact in the sample data. Activity date, and description should match the source record. You can verify by making a contribution, signing up for a membership, and registering a participant for an event - and then checking the data in the corresponding inserted Activity records
