Non recoverable error occurs when creating organic groups with OGsynch module enabled. OG does not replicate as a CiviCRM group

            When Organic group is created in a clean install (no other organic groups) the error message is raised. OG creates in Drupal but is not replicated into CiviCrm.

            Drupal version: Drupal 5.3
            OG version: 5.x-4.0
            CiviCRM version: CiviCRM 1.9.11960, with OG CiviCRM Sync module enabled.

            I'm running PHP5.2.3 and mysql 5.0.45
