Modify Existing CiviReports to Work with 2.0 Schema

            Description

            At least one of the existing (1.9) reports does not work w/ the 2.0 schema. MembershipExpiration.rptdesign throws the following error:
            com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.MySQLSyntaxErrorException: Table
            'civicrm_sandbox.civicrm_location' doesn't exist

            Please verify and fix all 1.9 reports are needed to run under 2.0.
