Description
As per http://forum.civicrm.org/?topic=1772 - it seems that our users get confused when they run Drupal's cronjobs and the CiviMail cronjob doesn't run.
We should either manage to hook CiviMail cronjob to Drupal's infrastructure (feel free to reschedule this issue to 2.1 in this case) or add an explicit note that we don't hook into Drupal's cronjobs.
