Description
We include the contribution page title in the name/value pairs passed to PayPal Standard - and HTML tags embedded in the title cause a problem on the PayPal side.
Solution
-----------
There should be no need to add HTML or other special characters to the title string - so I've added a form rule to prevent this on when the Title is entered / saved.
