Figure out i18n for tokens in mailer message composition

            Description

            When composing a message for the mailer, tokens can be used for personalization (eg

            {contact.displayName}

            ), which are then translated on both a mailing level (for values consistent across all recipients) and a contact-specific level.

            The tokens should be i18n-friendly. The issue is how we go from

            {non-english-token}

            to english, and then replace it in the outgoing message.
