When we run UpdateMembershipRecord.php it leaves a file on the system but this file does not contain any information on what actions the script took. For instance, if it sends out a renewal membership we would like an entry in the file it creates to let us know what members were sent a renewal notice.
Even better would be the ability to include an administrative address for copying the message to so our staff receive an exact copy of what is sent to a member for the purpose of saving in an archive. Someone is bound to say they didn't get a message to renew three months ago and it would be great to have a record of what was sent.
