Can't delete custom groups

            Description

            Trunk, r12872 - I can't delete custom groups.

            1. Go to http://sandbox.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/custom/group/?action=browse
            2. Try to delete the 'CRM-2544' custom group.
            3. The dialogs are ok, but the group doesn't get deleted.
