Message preview generates error

            Description

            On page '4. Test' of the CiviMail wizard, the uncollapsed Preview section shows:

            Fatal error: Call to undefined function civicrm_contact_get() in /var/www/drupal.civicrm.org/public/sites/sandbox.civicrm.org/modules/civicrm/CRM/Mailing/BAO/Mailing.php on line 897

            When fixing this - please verify that

            {domain.address}

            token is fully evaluated. There "may" have been a bug in 1.9 where the state_province portion of the domain address was not properly included in the token eval output.
