Activity Selector - Source, Target and Assigned Contact Columns Should Use Sort Name so Sorting is Correctly Done

            Description

            Currently the selector uses display_name for these columns. However, this makes sorting on the contact name values nonsensical. We should use sort_name in these columns as we do in other sortable selector columns.
