Changing household address, doesn't affect the address of individuals sharing it

            Description

            Change CRM_Contact_Form_Household::synchronizeIndividualAddresses() method to add/edit the location as per the new location schema ( http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRM/Location+Data ).

            Also enable / uncomment the call to above method in the file CRM/Contact/Form/Edit.php (line:674)
