Fix data listed under contact/contribute and contact/events tab when having permissions Access CiviContribute and Access CiviEvent

1. Create new role and give permissions Access CiviCRM, Access CiviContribute, Access CiviEvent

2. Assign this role to one of the drupal user

3. Login as that user and check that users contact/view/contribute and contact/view/events tab

No contribution and participant record listed (database have contribution and participant record for this contact)

Expected result :
Contribution and participant record should be listed having 'view only' permission
