Saving an email address (or just name) gives invalid state error message ...

            Description


            This happens because the value of the POST variable for state_province_id is '- type first letter(s) -' which is invalid and does not belong to any country we should attempt to make this a select with a value of 0, so that the rest of the code will work nicely with that setup
