Import Contacts : When existing records are Updated the Tag and Add to Group functions don't work

Using Import Contacts w/ "For Duplicate Contacts" set to "Update" - if you use the "Add contacts to a group" or the "Tag contacts" features - they don't work. If you've requested a New Group or a New Tag - these are created - but none of the updated contacts are put in the group / or tagged.

You can use the attached file against sample data to test (some rows will be rejected as mismatched - that's correct behavior). Remaining records will be updated - but NOT tagged or put in requested group.
