Click-through Summary Success Rate figures always report 0%

            Description

            When viewing the success rate percentages of the click-through summary of a mail report, the figures always show 0% regardless of the number of clicks the links have had.

            This patch (against 1.9) fixes the problem and also fixes a couple of typos in the comments. I checked the latest SVN and the problem looks like it's still there.
