Submit Credit Card Contribution page lacks additional information sections

The additional contribution information sections are not presented when doing a manual "Submit Credit Card Contribution" for an individual. When doing a "Record Offline Contribution" for an individual custom fields, Additional Details, Honoree Information, and Premiums Information section are available for editing. These sections are not visible on the Submit Credit Card Contribution page.

To recreate:
1. Select an individual
2. Click Contribution tab
3. Click Submit Credit Card Contribution (and compare to the Record Offline Contribution page).

Currently, if you have Honoree information you want to enter, you would have to submit the credit card transaction, go back to the user's Contribution tab, click Edit on the new contribution record, make the change, then Save.
