Modifying Public Group(s) memberships for a contact in Profile Edit OR My Account inadvertantly removes any group memberships for User Admin groups

            Description

            When the "Group(s)" field is included in a Profile - only Public groups are included in the list of checkboxes. This is by design.

            HOWEVER, if you edit a contact who has memberships to any "User / User Admin" groups (via profile/edit OR via My Account / Edit) - the contact is inadvertantly REMOVED from the "non-public" groups.
