Activity history doesn't show emails correctly

      When viewing a contact's activitiy history, I see both "View" and "Edit" links for emails in the activity history. Clicking either "View" or "Edit" displays a page which displays both a blank "Send new email" and a "There are no activities to display" page (two CiviCRM pages, concatenated).
