Incorrect email receipt using PayPal Standard

When I received the thank you receipt, it indicated that I had made a recurring contribution. I did not. It also included the login URL for MY PayPal account (sans credentials of course). Here's a copy of the receipt below (without the URL to my PayPal account). You'll also notice that the receipt does NOT contain the information that I entered into the CiviContribute profile. Please advise.
