Static URLs for Batch Update Via Profile for a given event

            Description

            Provide a link (something like civicrm/event/search?force=1&eid=1&gid=3) for admin to list all Participant for an event which can be edited. (Same as batch profile update). Only difference is that it will be a one-step against current 3 step procedure in Batch Profile Update.

            Also add sample Participant Profile in default generated data.
