Description
When creating a Custom Field a specific input sequence of "data and input field type" leads to an extra "Options Per Line" form field.
To replicate:
-> New Custom Field
-> Choose "Alphanumeric" + "Radio" as "data and input field type"
-> Now switch to "Date" as "data and input field type"
=> an extra "Options Per Line" form field appears above the "dates may be up ..."-field
Tested in the Sandbox with Firefox and Opera
