CRM-2761 Profile field help is not populated properly from custom field in joomla

            Description

            I suspect this is due to the js/ajax which goes in and fetches the custom field help. Joomla is wierd and changes session id on us which makes things a bit hard via ajax, so we might want to suppress this feature for joomla. I checked this on Joomla 1.0.x
