Page Title is misplaced and not readable on many screens under Joomla

As shown on the attached screen-shot, the page title when viewing a contact summary is rendered to the right of the "Recently Viewed" div rather than below it. This happens on many pages (including contact/view, contact/search/basic, etc.), BUT doesn't happen on others (civicrm/group, civicrm/contribute).

It doesn't seem to be related to the length of the title string - so I'm not sure what causes the different behaviors. But we'll need to modify the css to fix this.

NOTE: The same rendering problem happens in both FireFox 2 and Safari 3.04. Haven't tried IE.
