Manage Events : City and State are values are missing in selector

            Description

            The Manage Events select includes columns to display City and State where event is being held. However, these columns are ALWAYS empty - even though the event has City and State values populated.

            To recreate - go to this URL on the 2.0 demo:
            http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/event/manage?reset=1

            Note that the Rain Forest row does not show values for City and State. However, if you drill-down to Configure >> Location for this event, city and state values are present in the data.
