Current Employer in Add/Edit Individual should work like "Use Household Address" - e.g. you can use a comboBox to find existing an organization, or create new organization as needed.

Make sure comboBox includes organization name concatenated with address so users can distinguish branches of an organization, etc.

Seems this is an odd field.
If someone enters say "Example Company" to associate this person to the already existing
company with that name but mis-spells it then you have a problem.
So if it was auto fill then the person would know they found the right one and if there are none it would
create one.
