Not possible to turn off credit cards or online payment methodes

Within CiviCRM it is not possible to turn off the online payment methodes in the event registration screen. Credit & Debitcard info is still asked even when the pay later option is enabled. In the Netherlands it is rare to use these payments methodes and customers are often send a bill or requested to pay through a banktransfer.

Would it be possible to turn these payment processors off totally ? It would clean up the screen considerably and avoid confusion. At the least the 'pay later' option should hide the credit card fields
