Rename not-fully-defined mailings in the Browse Mailings table

            Description

            Currently, once a user starts to define a mailing, it shows up immediately in the Browse Mailings table (as Unknown). As people might want to delete these mailings (or re-use them), we should keep them in the table, but name them 'Not scheduled' instead.
