CRM-2839 Importing list with only emails (for adding to a group) is giving Errors: Required fields not found for Individual : first_name

            Description

            When trying to import a list that just contains emails (mostly of existing contacts) in order to add those contacts to a pre-existing group, the error report "Required fields not found for Individual : first_name" implies that 'first name' is a required field, which is not what is documented.

                Please scope out the issue and see how big a change it is for this fix. Lets discuss when u have a better idea. Please run solution and changes past kurund once u have done first pass

                Just to be really clear, having tried email only and been told it needed first name, i then tried it with email + first name and was told it needed last name. Which is one step beyond the original description but would be surprised if that wasn't obvious to you when fixing it.
