Tested on drupal.demo.civicrm.org rev. 13195
Steps:
Added new event with start & end dates 1st April 2008, using drop-downs to set dates.
Result seen:
Start & end dates were actually set to 1st Jan 2008; times were correct.
Further step:
Tried editing the event, using 2nd May for start & end, using drop-downs.
Result seen:
Start & end dates were actually set to 2nd Jan 2008; times were correct.
Further step:
Tried editing the event, using 3rd June for start & end, using js calendars.
Result seen:
Start & end dates were actually set to 3rd Jan 2008; times were correct.
I believe this was working correctly when I tested a beta on demo previously on 7th March, or at least I didn't notice the problem then.
