Tell a friend after event registration redirects to dashboard

Clicked the "tell a friend" link on ThankYou pages of event registration causes the dashboard to load, rather than a Tell A Friend page.

To recreate:
1) Create an event with Tell A Friend enabled
2) Register for the event
3) Click the tell a friend link on the thankyou page (http://www.bcsustainableenergy.org/drupal5/civicrm/tell_a_friend?eid=1&reset=1&page=event) and observe that the page that loads is actually (https://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/dashboard?reset=1)
