Description
Rather than having to do manual mySQL inserts, this should be built into Administer CiviCRM as a new menu item - "Register Custom Searches" in the "Customize" section.
When doing this, we need to expose civicrm_option_value.name on both the form and the selector. This should be done CONDITIONALLY - ONLY if option_group is "custom_search". This is because the name column is not really used and would be confusing to users in the other option group cases.
