Advanced Search - Custom Data Criteria missing from QILL display

            Description

            1. Custom field search criteria must be included in the the QILL (display of search criteria in search results...).

            Example:

            • Make 'Voter Info - Registered Party' custom field 'searchable' (will be going forward w/ a change I made to FixedData.sql).
            • Edit a contact so they have value for this custom field
            • From Advanced Search - enter a search criteria value for this custom field

            The search 'works' - but the results bar displays:
            Found 1 contact

            • Contact Type - Individual

            should also have

            • Voter Info: Registered Party - Democrat

            2. Would be good if the custom data fieldsets in Advanced Search are smart enough to 'expand' (show) when they have populate field value(s) in them. Currently, they are always collapsed. If this is not easy - we'll worry about it later.
