Advanced Search : Membership, Contribution and Participant searches return test transactions when Find Test is FALSE

Using Advanced Search to find members by Membership Type / Status - the query filter does NOT exclude rows for test memberships (is_test = 1). These should be excluded unless the "Find Test Memberships" checkbox is checked. Same problem exists when using Advanced Search for Contributions and Event Registrations.

NOTE: The same input filters work correctly from Find Memberships - excluding test memberships unless the "Test... " checkbox is true. Also work properly in Find Contributions and Find Participants.
