Edit Relationship - Duplicates error thrown when it should not be

            Description

            If you edit an existing relationship for a contact (contact/view/rel?action=update....) - if you do not modify the relationship type (but change the start or end date, for example) - and hit Save - you get a duplicate relationship error and your update is not saved.

            It appears that the code for preventing exact duplicates of a relationship record is NOT excluding the current record from it's comparison set.
