Search builder: "contacts where internal contact id > X" does not work

In the contact search builder, selecting "Individual", "internal contact id", ">", 5 (i.e. list contacts whose ID is more than 5), will return only the contact whose ID is equal to 5.

I was able to reproduce the bug in the demo site.
