User Permission: User with view contacts only can edit custom data of any contact viewed

            Description

            1. Created a user and set it to view contacts only
            2. When viewing contacts the link to edit custom data is available.

            Generally view only contact permission is to view the details of the contact but not edit any contact details even custom data.
