Error message for inaccessible custom profiles should mention permissions problems

Just spent a while examining the error message that:

"The requested Profile (gid=2) is disabled, OR it is not configured to be used for 'Profile' listings in its Settings, or there is no Profile with that ID"

I'm sure these are potential causes of the problem, but for me, the problem was caused by drupal permissions. Suggest the following be added to the sentence to reflect that: ".., or you do not have permission to access this profile data"
