Note "Created by" Contact Wrong

            Description

            When creating a new individual contact and a note is added during initial contact creation, the created by name is that of the contact.

            Notes tab however works fine as intended. Please check "Deepak Jalmi" contact that has been created in the Drupal Demo Site.
