Description
Summary is probably not completely clear - here's how to reproduce on demo.
1. Search for and select multiple contacts.
2. Select "Record new activity for contacts"
3. Do NOT select an activity type, but otherwise complete the form correctly
4. On submission, you will be warned "Please correct the following errors in the form fields below: * Activity Type is a required field."
5. Changing the "Activity Type" selector will cause the page to be reloaded and the selector to be reset, making it impossible to resolve the error
