Include 'Save & New' button on Add Custom Field and Add Profile Field forms and Add Profile Group / Add Custom Data Group should go to new field after save

1. The forms for adding new custom fields, and adding fields to a profile should have a 'Save & New' button that would add the field & redirect the user to a new blank form, like the new contact form can. this would greatly speed up the work flow for initial configuration.

2. After saving a new Custom Data Group (custom/group) OR a new Profile (uf/group) - we should redirect to "Add Custom Field" / "Add Profile Field" form immediately.
