Add a list of groups to the unsubscribe URL

When a user goes to the unsubscribe URL, it does not show the group(s) that the member is being unsubscribed from. Our CiviMail footer does list the group(s) but when the user is taken to this page it would be useful if it were more explicit. Perhaps a list of the groups with checkboxes could be shown with instructions about unsubscribing.
